INNOBATE AntiVirus may not startup for a number of reasons, this could be due to an installation becoming corrupt, which could occur for a number of reasons such as abrupt shutting off of the computer system, transmission errors ocurring while an update of the software was being carried out, or some malicious software actually deleting required components of INNOBATE AntiVirus. For what ever reason INNOBATE AntiVirus will not startup, your best approach is to do a repair of the installation of INNOBATE AntiVirus. To do this follow the instructions below.

- From the Windows Start Menu (Windows Bubble Menu) open the control panel. This is done by selecting the Control Panel option from the Windows Start menu.
- From within the Windows Control Panel, select the Programs and Featurs option. This will open up the Program and Features control applet, which will display a list of installed Programs (Software) on your Windows computer system.
- Locate the INNOBATE AntiVirus or INNOBATE AntiVirus Basic program from the list of displayed programs. Once you have selected INNOBATE AntiVirus or INNOBATE AntiVirus Basic you can do either of the following:-
A: Right click the mouse on the selection bar, and from the pop up menu select the repair option.
B: Click the Repair option from the menu band displayed above the list of programs.
If prompted for an Administration Password, you will need to provide an Administrator login name, along with the Password that is associated with that Admin Account.
Microsoft Windows will now attempt to repair the installation of INNOBATE AntiVirus. Please note you maybe required to reboot the computer, so save any unsaved work, before you choose the option to reboot when prompted.
