Instructions

You can send an email with the Windows Operating System Product Key. Follow the steps below:-

1. Locate email button. Its found on the lower-righthand side of the INNOBATE Product Key Recovery application.

2. Click on the tab lablled 'Email Setting'.

3. Enter the email address in the 'To' field, where you want the email with the product key sent.

4. Click the button labelled 'Email'. This will send an email with the product key of the operating system you are running INNOBATE Product Key Recovery on if internet connectivity is available.

I am prompted with the 'Please enter an email address in the 'To' Field.' dialog

1. Enter a valid email address in the 'To' field found on the Email Setting Tab of INNOBATE Product Key Recovery application.

I am prompted with the 'Failure sending mail.' dialog

This could happen for a number of reasons:- You do not have access to the network. You do not have internet connectivity on the machine. You are not allowed to send emails via SMTP, as your port 25 is blocked, either on your machine, network or upstream by your ISP.

1. Make sure you have network connectivity on your machine.

2. Make sure you have internet connectivity on your machine.

3. Check with the person who maintains your network if you have port 25 enabled to send email via SMTP.
