INNOBATE Product Key Recovery came about from a need to recover Windows XP Product Key for a friend, and a couple of months later when upgrading a customer's computer system to a new system, the need to move licensed and already activated software from the older system to the newer one.
This was late 2006, and by early feburary 2007, a prototype version of INNOBATE Product Key Recovery was made availabe to INNOBATE Staff for testing.
The Product was used successfully to migrate customers' existing licensed Microsoft Products to newer computer systems, in 2007.
Need to recover internet explorer favourites, cookies, history and cache became apparent in late 2007 when doing mass migration on customers' computers, so file paths for these system resources was added. This allowed us to copy, backup or zip the contents of these files for later restoration on newer P.C.s so that users will have all their favourites etc present on their computer systems when they login.
