How to use INNOBATE Any Device VNC Client on Windows XP, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Vista and Windows 7

1. In the General tab page do the following:-

a. Enter the IP address of the VNC server in the Server field.

b. Enter the password in the password field, that establishes the VNC Connection. Please Note this is the password for the VNC connection, not the user login and password you use to log into the computer.

2. In the display tab page do the following:-

a. Make sure the pixel size is set to server decides.

3. In the Scaling tab page do the following:-

a. Make sure that client side scaling is set to none. If it is not then use the drop down list to select client side scaling to be set to none.

b. Set server side scaling to be set to server decides.

c. Click the Ok button. The connection will begin to establish. This may take a while depending on Network speed. You may be prompted to enter the login and password for the VNC connection, so just re-enter the password you used in step 1.

Once the connect is successfully established, the screen should look like the picture shown below.

4. Select the keys menu option from the menu bar. Select Crtl-Alt-Del from the drop down menu. This will bring up the login screen from the remote computer. Enter a login and password for the user account you want to log in as, onto the remote computer.

5. Once you have logged into the remote computer, you will be greeted by its desktop. You can now use it in the same way as you would when you would be seated infront of it.
