Make sure that your are using an Administrator account login to install this software.

For installing INNOBATE AntiVirus 2010 or 2011 you will need to follow the instructions on Installing INNOBATE Antivirus 2010 support page.

1. Microsoft Windows Operating System capable of running Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile
2. Microsoft Framework 4.0 Client Profile
3. Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 or later.
4. Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 or later.

Instructions for Windows 7

Systems with Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 or later preinstalled

Once you have downloaded INNOBATE AntiVirus, open the folder you have downloaded INNOBATE AntiVirus to. From this folder locate the following file 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Basic.zip OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 HOME.zip' OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Standard.zip' OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Free.zip'

depanding on the Edition of INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 you are intending to install.

Double click the zip file you downloaded to view its contents.

Double click the MSI file to Launch the windows installer for INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012. Follow any on screen instructions given by the installer.

Systems without Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 or later

Once you have downloaded INNOBATE AntiVirus, open the folder you have downloaded INNOBATE AntiVirus to. From this folder locate the following file 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Basic.zip OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 HOME.zip' OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Standard.zip' OR 'INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 Free.zip'

depanding on the Edition of INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 you are intending to install.

Double click the zip file you downloaded to view its contents.

Double click the Setup.exe file to Launch the windows installer for INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012. Follow any on screen instructions given by the installer. The setup.exe file will install Microsoft SQL Server Compact and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile if required.

Installing INNOBATE AntiVirus on Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 Server Core

Please note that the INNOBATE AntiVirus MSI installer only currently installs .NET Framework 4 Client profile for Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2003 Server editions of Microsoft Windows Operating systems.

To install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 you will need to download and install .NET Framework 4 for Server Core. You can download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for Server Core from the following link on Microsoft's website: - Click here to download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 for Server Core

Double click the MSI file to Launch the windows installer for INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012. Follow any on screen instructions given by the installer.

Upgrading to INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 from past versions

When upgrading to INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 from a past version, you will need to uninstall your old version of INNOBATE AntiVirus. The installer of INNOBATE AntiVirus 2012 will detect older versions and inform you that you need to uninstall the older version first. To uninstall INNOBATE AntiVirus you can follow the instructions given on Uninstalling INNOBATE AntiVirus support page.
