Once you have purchased INNOBATE AntiVirus online, you will be sent an email with the license details for the product.
The email will contain the following:-
Order ID
License Name
License Code or License KeyThe format of the email may vary depending on the online store your bought our product from, but will contain the above 3 bits of information in the invoice, or purchase confirmation email sent to you.
You will be required to enter the License details within the License Tab found on the Main dashboard of INNOBATE AntiVirus. If you do not enter in the license details provided to via email then the product will run for 30 days as trial, and then after 30 days will run in reduced mode, until the license details are entered with the license tab of the product.
For pre-release versions this is not required.

Click on the license tab of the main screen.
- Enter the License Name from the email you received, into the License Name field on the screen.
- Enter the Order ID from the email you received into the Order ID field on the screen.
- Enter the License Code from the email you received into the License Key field on the screen.
Please make sure you have not entered any addition space with any of the above bit of information as this will result in the license validation to fail. You can cut and paste the above information into the registration screen from the email, but please ensure that there are no additional spaces introduced, as this will cause validation of the license to fail.
Click on the Activate button, and if the license information or details you have entered is validated, this infomation is displayed as the License Key, License Name and Serial Number and the product will be successfully registered.

If you get a incorrect license message on the screen, or any exclamation mark appears beside the License Code field, you should check if all the information you entered is the same as what is included in the email sent to you with the license information. If you are sure that there is nothing wrong with the information you have entered, then contact INNOBATE Support via email. The email address is given in the email sent to you with the license information.
Please Note: Any introduction of white space, such as leading of trailing space or spaces will cause the license vaildation to fail, when the license details are entered into any of the required license input fields such as the License Key, License Name and Order ID.EditWhy is the License Key also called the License Code?
This depands on the online merchant where the email originates from. Some online merchants call the License Key a License Code.
EditI did not recieve any email with the license details
An email with your license details is sent to the email account you entered when making an order with the online store (merchant) at time of purchase.
Depanding on the volume of orders the online store is processing, there may be a lag or lapse of time before the email arrives. This is usually in the order of 10 to 30 minutes. This time may also vary upon who your email provider is, as their email systems may also be busy processing emails and this may increase the delay in recieving your email with our products license details.
Sometimes the email with the license details is classified as spam mail if you have spam filtering enabled with your email client or server, so check your spam mail inbox or Junk E-mail.
On the rare instance should the email with your license details be delayed more than 2 days then you should get in contact with our support team at INNOBATE, or the online store you made the purchase.
