Once you have purchased INNOBATE WestPac File Viewer online, you will be sent an email with the license details for the product.
The email will contain the following:-
Order ID
License Name
License Code or License Key
The format of the email may vary depending on the online store your bought our product from, but each will contain the above 3 bits of information in the invoice, or purchase confirmation email sent to you.

When you first run INNOBATE WestPac File Viewer you will be greeted by the License Registration screen.
1. Enter the License Name from the email you received, into the License Name field on the screen.
2. Enter the Order ID from the email you received into the License Name field on the screen.
3. Enter the License Code from the email you received into the License Code field on the screen.
Please make sure you have not entered any addition space with any of the above bit of information as this will result in the license validation to fail. You can cut and paste the above information into the registration screen from the email, but please ensure that there are no additional leading and trailing spaces introduced, as this will cause validation of the license to fail.
Click on the OK button, and if the license information if validated then the license registration screen will close and the application will start up.

If you get an incorrect license message on the screen, or an exclamation mark appearing beside the License Code field, you should check if all the information you entered is the same as what is included in the email sent to you with the license information. If you are sure that there is nothing wrong with the information you have entered, then contact INNOBATE Support via email. The email address is given in the email sent to your with the license information.
