Instructions

1. Log into Windows using a user login with 'Administrator' rights or credentials

2. Run INNOBATE Product Key Recovery

3. From the menu bar within INNOBATE Product Key Recovery, select the Windows Menu, this is the one with the Windows logo.

4. Select Change Product Key menu item.

5. Follow the download instructions for Microsoft Windows Product Key Update Tool, found in the web browser window that was opened by INNOBATE Product Key Recovery.

6. Follow the instructions on how to use Microsoft Windows Product Key Update Tool, given by Microsoft.

Product Key Could Not Be Updated error Message when using Microsoft Windows Product Key Update Tool

When using the Microsoft Product Key Update Tool you receive "The product key could not be updated on your computer. This may be due to technical difficulties or network connectivity issues" error message.
